The "truck" is a Packard Six Model 38, either 1st or 2nd series (3rd got completely electric lighting). As the car is pictured in front of the
W. S. Seaman Co., and this is a picture from the Packard archive, it is a sure guess that Seaman built this body or at least did the conversion.

Seaman carriages, automobile and truck bodies were built from 1847-1936, but the company was named the W. S. Seaman Co. from 1881-1919 only. At the time the picture was shot they were located on Virginia Street in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

Seaman built full-customs for many makes including Packard as well as truck bodies. It was later controlled by Jeffery and taken over completely by Nash.
