I believe it is a 1004 Super 8, but I am sure someone will verify/correct me.
Note that the car is situated on a turntable, presumably at an auto show.

note the leather key fob in the shape of the Packard grille. I bought this 8x10 photo from the NAHC in 1983 when they had their "duplicate" sale.
