Inscribed on photo back; radiator ornaments, Packard radiator cap mascot 'Adonis,' official name of this mascot/emblem, designed by Edward McCarten - New York City, patent applied for 11/7/1928, design patent #79,561 10/8/1929. APPLICATION NOTE: Correct for only 1930-31. It fits all models of the 30-31 cars except the 734 and 745 models which have a triangular cap.
