Before any fill, I take 3m patch panel bonding, and I fill all seams, to give extra strength, and a water tight repair

Somehow the bumpers didn't look right to me. Didn't speak to owner. Info sheet in windshield simply called it a 1936 120 JR. I'm unfamiliar with the JR designation.
