1952 Packard Phantom II. If there was only one of these made then this has been modified. Otherwise Packard built more than one. Apparently owned at the time (1957) by James Melton

It was taken at a VMCCA event in MA in 1957.

This is a new (to us) shot of the Briggs manufacturing plant, which was built to manufacture aircraft parts for WWII. Briggs later moved Packard auto body production there, and (as you probably know) Packard moved final assembly there for the 1955-'56 model years.
