The factory drum breaks can lock up the wheels- the braking distance will be set by the tires at almost locked. Disk brakes will improve fade resistance on repeated hard stops but not necessarily stopping distance. My point is what are you expecting disk conversion to do?

I recall seeing the formula in a paint reference. The flake was bronze or brass, not gold, in a clear carrier

And the clutch pedal is black not red. I don’t think you’re missing out there as I see many of them left in « off »

I’m going to give you a general answer, having run down a number of 1941 parts myself. They are nearly all available - but not out of a catalog tomorrow. By that I mean it takes time to find people with the parts or parts cars. You’ll also need to learn which parts interchange with other models and years. For example, a 1941 110 has many of the same trim parts as your 120. This is meant as encouragement, just a caution that repro is very limited. It’s not like having a Model A or Mustang

Not sure what your “not concerned with originality” comment means, though

Try Bill Hirsch Auto. Also I believe the dealer reference on this site has some info on what was available

Tires are made in a mold. How can the size change?

I agree with the advice to leave the brakes and electrics as original

I see a few details - please excuse if you already know these

The parking lights need the lenses, obviously, but also a cast metal piece that holds down the lens and little converging lenses that fit in a clip ahead of the bulb

The running board trim is missing. A set of short L shaped stainless pieces fit in the grooves on the leading edge. These are the same for 110 and 120. A stainless strip goes down the outside vertical edge. This is the same for 110, 120, and 1903 series 160. These three models share many parts (from the cowl back for the shorter 110)

You have the optional K steering wheel this is a desirable option

Other « usual suspects » for parts are Merritt, Chirco, Patrician. The interior plastic trim is reproduced but not cheap

The factory literature section of this site has a lot of good stuff

The 356 is a completely different design. The 288 is a shorter stroke cousin of the 327 that should work
