My recently purchased 55 400 is down about a quart of trans fluid. What is the correct fluid to use?
Thanks for all/any reply.

Are we talking about Lou Johnson (R.I.P.) from Hackettstown, N.J.?

Just recently bought a 1955 400. Am changing tires and instructions say to turn off torsion leveler. Being mainly a pre-war guy, I don't know how to do it! Any help is appreciated.
Thanks.

Recently used Passport transport. Reasonable, prompt and courteous. Would very much recommend them.

Learned to drive with a 37 Plymouth. Looks more like a 38 to me.

I'm thinking about switching from bias ply tires to radials on my 1955 400.
Does anyone have experience with Coker's American Classic radial bias look tires? If so, what are your impressions?
With thanks for any/all replies.

Once had a 1917 Oakland open touring car. It had all white (both sides) straight ribbed tires.
