If u have it out the least i would do is set 2nd gear syn. Typ. thats the one that needs it the most. Believe the SHIM PACK is off the shelf for 2nd. U can get a pretty close SHIM PACK for 3rd which u have to machine out the ID.

Saw that front tire thing also and wondered if it was a crease in the photo but guess not. Seems to be a box under the ph. also.

Interesting photos of Packards of Emperor Kang. Wonder what those RAD CAPS were and there seems to be an extra step or boot scraped added to the rear of the running brds on both cars.

From what i think im seeing on orig cars & period drawings/photos i think the orig. terminals were these straight Rajah

Go here www.yesterdaysradio.com/pdfs/catalog.pdf to page 8. Think the plastic outer ring we have is HB01D. On the underside all i see is a copper cup so assuming the cup comes out somehow and theres screws under; but ASSUMEs a bad word.

Horn Button is made up of 3 parts; outer ring/plastic - copper cup - emblem. How do u get those apart?

Many years back i remember talking to a man who claimed to have tha ex-Juan Peron 1939 Packard Derham parade phaeton. There was another bouncing around at the time that was also claiming to be it. If i remember he put a Cease-and-Desist Order on the owners of the other car. Ill go digging through my stuff and see if his name pops up. I remember him having a southern accent. Arkansas comes to mind but its been a good 20 years.
