I make hood vents in Mirror Finish stainless steel, however I am down under in Australia and the freight cost are prohibitive to the USA. The curved front vents are difficult to make and are also very expensive.

Glad to assist with the dimensions of the armrest, the used armrest David has could be helpful as a pattern, I am sure that the upholstery shop could deal with the rest.

Hello Dwight,
Sorry I have been off the air, software, hardware and operator errors. I have one that you can have as a pattern, I will send you the images of it and the location on the door.

A very generous offer, I would be interested if I could have it shipped down under(Australia) it is far to good to part out or Hotrod.
Hope it goes to a restorer.

Hello Debedsole,
I manufacture stainless steel side vents for 1937 120 hoods except the front curved vents, David may have some but they are getting harder to find. I make them from mirror finish stainless steel to avoid plating and are easier to repair and polish if you damage them. Send me a pm if you are interested at freddosser@gmail

Hello Kevin,
Make sure you tighten the manifold to the block first, the three hotbox bolts should be loose when you do so. I have learned this form experience, I am unsure why this is the correct sequence however the Packard maintenance manual describes this sequence and it works. Regards Fred

Hello Larry,
That looks exactly like mine, it also sank when saturated with fuel, I used a brass float from a carby to fix it. Regards Pepe.
