I wonder if 1930 would be the same... I could probably connect you with one.

They look to be the same based on the front. If you need parts, you might want to contact this Ebay seller and see if he still has the unit available. It didn't sell, and the listing just ended.

I believe the Packard museum in Dayton has a 1931 model that you could look at. You might want to call first.

There is a lug on the LHS of the sloping aluminum floor. The return spring connects horizontally to this lug and the back of the throttle lever, see photo

The correct throttle spring is anchored to the driver's side floor board where there is a cast tang.

Tim
I'm wondering if this location is visible in photos. I, too, am trying to fix "customized" things on Jepson's old Speedster, and I think the current spring location is not correct.

Thanks.

Wow. That looks too good and complete to be parting out. I hope someone is able to step up to the pump on that one.

I have a 1940 180, and I installed an electric fuel pump.

First, HH56 is correct. The E8011 is the one you want, and can be used without a regulator. That's what I have on my car.

Second, no need in installing it near the rear of the car, unless that's a better place to hide it. I installed mine up near the front, and has worked perfectly for 10 years or so up there.

Definitely install with a switch. I only use mine for priming, and for when it starts to cough while in traffic, or trying to start after a long freeway run when the car is hot (gas stops).

Here's the AC G10, which is obviously not the two-piece take-apart plug that the Champion C4 is (and which can be seen plainly in the factory photo.
