I'm sure it's been covered before. I did a search but couldn't find anything. I'm trying to brighten up the headlights on my 38 coupe while retaining the original look. I have some 6V LED bulbs but I would have to cut up my reflectors to make them fit. Anyone have any ideas.

Rhode Island by law doesn't issue a title for a car over 10 years old. Other states will accept a certified copy of a registration and a copy of the no title law. Then of course if you know somebody from NH they can register an old car on a bill of sale and for a $100 more get a title

I adapted an R11 to my 38 with the 282 motor. I rigged up a tach and using the GPS I came up with 2500 RPM giving me 66 MPH with my stock 4:36 rear end.

Would the fenders from a 1938 super eight sedan interchange with a 1938 120 coupe also the steering box?

I just use one of those 6V pos gnd to 12V neg gnd converters hooked up to a cigarette lighter plug -- USB charger, GPS or hidden AM/FM radio
