What are the differences between the '54 Patrician and '54 Cavalier. DO they both have the 359 or does the Cavalier have the smaller st 8? They look so similar in pictures.

Need new tires for my 1803, The consensus on facebook is Diamond Back radials. It seems the best price I can find is a place in California called performance plus tires. Not familiar with them. has anyone had good service with them? Tires will have to be shipped to Texas. I usually buy from Wallace Wade in Dallas or directly from Coker. Coker cant deliver that size until end of January and I think Wallace Wade is out of business.

Just a week ago I got a 6-volt red top for my '48 from Advanced Auto. I ordered it on Monday afternoon, and they had it on the counter waiting for me by 11 the next morning. If that doesn't help you, check out your nearest tractor supply store. There are still a lot of old 6 volt tractors in service and I have had good luck getting 6 volt batteries from then as well as the thicker battery cables we need for the 6 volt cars. (I have not bought a Optima from them)

March 30 to April 2, 2023 the 44th Annual Texas Packard Meet will be held in Salado Texas. This is the oldest and maybe largest regional Packard meet in the country. Details can be found at texaspackardmeet.org

What is the trick to removing the lens to replace the bulb on my parking light? Previous owner installed after market turn signals that work through them as well. It appears the lens wants to unscrew like those on the 52 I had but go just so far and I did not want to force it.

The 44th Annual Texas Packard meet will be held in Salado, Texas March 31st to April 2, 2023. The TPM is the oldest and maybe the largest regional Packard meet in the country. It features a welcoming social, tour, parade to the Salado Brewery where the public can view the Packards on the banks of Salado Creek, a Saturday morning "People's Choice" competition, swap meet, seminars, and awards banquet. Go to texaspackardmeet.org for registration, agenda, and lodging info. You must call the Holiday Inn Express directly for the TPM rate and the number is on the website.

It does help. I may be feeling in the center and your picture looks like it is closer to the fender side. I have about rdecided I need to jack it up and remove the splash pan. I think I could feel it better.
