Wow! Keep up the good work, there's so much history lost as the generations age.
And thank you for keeping our Packard history viewable.
Regards,
Steve

Hi tjlink1, it might help the sale of the Packard if more pictures were available and not having an asking price up-front might be a bit of a turn off to a potential buyer. You need to bait the hook a little more.
Respectfully,
Steve

"Metric always bugs me because I hate French imperialism".

Hmmmm, is this a snide remark?

Re: Pertronix Ign.
In 9/2011 I installed the 6 volt, pos ground ign system including the coil in my 1955 Dodge 270 Hemi with 6V pos ground. No problems in 10 years. I bought the Pertronix system from Falcon Global on ebay. Do it, easy install.
Good luck
Steve

Hi Bear,
for example: my 1953 Packard Clipper radiator needed too much repair work to make it worth while. Having the radiator recored and reusing the original upper and lower tanks was just shy of 1000.00 dollars. I'm in Vancouver, WA and there are still radiator shops doing mostly large truck radiators. I saw one radiator being repaired that was as big as one side of a double sliding door in a closet.
If you're in the Pacific Northwest let me know and I'll forward a contact phone # of the repair biz. Good luck.
Regards, Steve
