I can't find the facebook post for the frame. Perhaps he sold it. However, he has many parts from the remains of the Packard.https://www.facebook.com/marketplace/item/3234015923483610/

I have 4 that came off of a very well appointed 1938 110 that I parted out years ago. It had a speaker mounted on the back of the front seat with the Packard crest on it! I sold the radio and working temperature gauge to C. Louis Abelove Years ago. You can mail me at hockeypack7@yahoo.com Thank you

My 1937 115-C 1088 had welting on the rear fenders that was the same color as the body when I removed them 35 years ago. It is probably too difficult to duplicate so everyone just uses black welting now. The underside of the fender was painted black.

You haven't posted any photos. Even a photo of the first cars at the entrance to the warehouse would be helpful to all. How far in are the 115 and 120?

I have gleaned from this site that the proper torque on the connecting rods of a Packard 115-C should be 45 to 46 LB/FT, but should they be dry or oiled? Also, should the nuts on the head studs be dry torqued? Thank you.

Oil pump pickup screen replacement needed

Good Morning;
I am working on a 115-C Business Coupe (1088). It started with a valve job but I was advised that since the motor had sat so long, it was advisable to remove the pistons and clean the ring grooves. I removed the engine oil pan and while it was surprisingly free of sludge, the oil pickup screen has several holes in it. Where can I find replacement fine mesh screen? Would brass screen be a better replacement? Prying up the lip on the circumference of the screen form will be a challenge. Any tips on this project will be appreciated.
