Some 1951-1954 mirrors had a little hole at the tip of the bullet-shaped head forward of the mirror which at first I thought was an indication of the year as most 1955-1956 mirrors I’ve seen do not have it. However, I have since seen 1951-1954 mirrors without it too so probably indicated a different manufacturer.
As I and other stated, yours are both 1951-1954 mirrors. Are those for your 1954 or were you planning on selling them?

John, some prewar juniors did utilize a rear lateral sway bar with hydraulic action, the 1941 120 Owner's Manual gives some details of the unit used on that model. Answer is in the Parts List as to the full coverage of such devices. My 1939 Six had it while my 1940 110s did not. For 1940, the tubular shocks were reposition in such a way as to dampen both up and down and side to side motion of the rear axle by angling them forward and inward while for 1939 that were angled forward only.

The 1955-1956 mirrors has a steel base that screwed first to the body, then the mirrors attached using special screws tightened using an Allen key through a hole. However, in order to work with the steel plate, I would expect the cast boss underneath would have to be recessed but on these it is not, so I expect they are the 1951-1954 type.
The photo below shows what happens if trying to use the 1951-1954 type with the later mount plate - it doesn’t work! 1951-1954 mirrors did not use a bracket with the mirror attached through the belt molding instead of to the door or fender.

If domestic (US to US) and if you have a larger airport nearby, I recently used Alaska Air Freight for a large part and it was very reasonable. There is also Greyhound and Fastenal although with the latter, they do not do cross country.

Bill Hirsch Auto sells engine paint in all Packard colors except for the turquoise of the 1956 Clipper.

The power steering pulley was originally painted black as was everything not part of the block assembly. In other words, bolt-ons were black; the rest gray.
For me and not to hijack your question but I’m trying to determine if the manual transmission’s top cover and shift arms were painted or left unpainted but no answers yet on my own blog.

The line from the filter at the carburetor goes straight forward, then bends down to the pump. There is no 90 fitting on it as one earlier photo showed. All these lines should be available new as stainless or steel from Classic Tube, or you can easily get used one. Some people like making their own but I do not when there are plenty other options for getting the proper look.
Hose clamps are not needed on the vacuum lines but I haven't looked to see if the parts book lists them. If they do, they are probably the spring type.

I don't believe that's the proper pump as the vacuum section should have fittings as hose connector tubes on the same side and parallel to each other while those on the one you showed appeared to have them as threaded holes at an angle to each other. They are not quite visible here but are exactly opposite the two recessed at the top side.
It should look like this but without all the wear to the cam arm!
