Maintenance Manual for 1928 526 Runabout

I'm having my guy do some work on the car and he'd like a maintenance manual. We are getting all the gauges on the dash to work, pulling the tank and working on the brakes. Probably should have one for the car, especially since I have them for the other cars. Found some stuff in the Literature section, but not really a full MM.

Thanks!

OK, checked the manual again and it says 32x600 tires. Called a few places and was told that the original tires were 600s, but it's OK to use 650s. I guess the slightly thicker tire is not bad.

The car currently has Denman 650s on them. I can get a set of them or a set of Firestone 600s. So....what brand originally came on the car?

Thanks for the replies.

Will double check the manual next time I'm at the car. Having a problem opening the links; could you guys please email them to me at classic lincoln at comcast dot net?

Thanks!

Been busy trying to get the Hudson running and am now looking to get tires for my 28. Had the car repainted last winter and can't get the whitewalls clean enough and they make the car look really bad. Also, g-d only know how old they are and the spare won't hold air.

Having a hard time reading the tires (numbers are worn enough on all 5 to make it difficult). Are they 650 20s or 850 20s? The manual says 33x6.00 and since I'm a mechanical moron, I'm very confused.

Also, Coker, Universal or someone else?

Thanks a bunch.

Started looking more closely at the bulbs and they don't really work. The ones I got were 12 V and I need to find 6 V. Will keep on looking and any ideas are appreciated.

The description on the Tractor Parts website says it's 3 15/16" long; is that the length of the spring alone or spring and hooks?

I'm not sure if I mentioned this in my "new member" post, but I'm a mechanical moron. I just drive them; don't know anything about how they work or how to fix them.

Sent emails to the two companies mentioned. No local places has a spring to match; tried them first.

Took my son's girlfriend's brother to his prom last night. When we arrived, the crowd erupted in hollers, cheers and clapping. I think they enjoyed it.
