For what it is worth-7309 is an angular contact bearing-according to the MRC catalogue-designed to take thrust in one direction. Sometimes used in pairs to get higher thrust capability in both directions. The raceway is machined different on the outer vs the inner race.

I have not purchased either the ones from Agape will require priming which is not a big deal. They indicate about 15 min to install.
