Used 1951-54 Junior or Clipper measure at 127-3/4" to 128" total length with 22" armored section. NOS will be shorter due to stretching in service.

I think it's for 1951-54 Senior but not 100% sure. I have a used one with similar dimensions and the rubber shields, but can't remember exactly where it came from.

The parts book for 1955-56 shows #437158 for the clips that hold the trim moulding.
the 1951-54 list shows the same clips for 1953 and 1954 center pillar mouldings as well as for the 1952 type rear fender louvres. Perhaps packardguy53 could help as he had a recent thread about the rear fender louvres.

There should also be a copper washer that acts as a gasket between the fitting on the hose and the wheel cylinder.
Fluid will leak if the washer is missing.

The factory installation of the flexible hose at the engine end is to a fitting that goes through the frame with the tubing connected directly to the other side.
The connection at the tank end is hard piped.

Yes you can. 1948 to 1951 Cormorants are all the same, just the base is different for 1951
