this is some pics no fancy tools im no body man or welder but im not giving up her i did cut out all the rust and welded in new metal

I made it out of flat stock and I went to a local sign company and had them bend the channel.

Hello all you packard owners,
I've noticed that alot of packard owners have had trouble with the floor and rocker support. So here is how I done mine with a drill bit and cheap press. Maybe this will help some of you.
