Is this car recognized as a CCCA classic? Also, how long is it from bumper to bumper? It's the 138 inch WB.

I'm pretty sure that every prewar senior car is CCCA accepted. There's a list on the CCCA website with approved vehicles.
I can't tell you exactly how long it would be from bumper to bumper (I'm sure someone can&will give you the exact info today) but my 139 inch WB 1938 super 8 is about 19 feet bumper to bumper.

Packard specifications give the overall length bumper-to-bumper as 217-11/32 inches for the 1904. And yes, it's a CCCA Full Classic.
