Was looking to see if Motors Auto Repair Manuals went back to 1930 in any edition. The earliest I've been able to find is the 8th edition that starts with cars made in 1935. Can find no reference online to previous editions, although they must have been printed. Does anyone know of earlier editions and what they might cover. If not, is there some similar repair manual with specs that would be of use for 1930? Would a Dyke's be of any value? National Service Manual?

Among others, for pre-1935 Chilton's can be quite useful. For electrics, AEA manuals are a good reference.
