Speedometer drive for 1922 1st Series Single Six

Can anyone let me know where I might find a replacement speedometer drive gearbox for my 1922 Single Six? The part I need is the small gear assembly which transfers the drive from the main gearbox to the speedometer cable. I am in England, so Packard parts are impossible to find locally. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

If you can provide any information on who the original manufacture was (Stewart, Jones, etc), perhaps the Packard PN, or photos, I suspect a faster answer can be found.

The speedometer and transmission parts are all illustrated along with their part numbers in the Single Six parts lists which are available on this site. I'm guessing you're looking for 111518 and/or 111519, but giving us the part number you need would allow us to visualize it.

That parts book covers the earlier 116" wheelbase Single Six cars, Richard's car is the 126/133 however the drive is probably the same and may be the same for later 1920's -models except for the drive ratio.
Is this what you need?

From the photo, the part looks the same as the one on my 1930.

Well, gee Wally, how come it looks the same on the 1935-1201 speedometer cable thats on my desk?

If so, then its just a postal/ransom away....

Also, for what its worth, the number 824 is stamped on mine.

Thank you very much! I will check the number on mine tomorrow and get right back to you. Is there a cable also with it? if so, I would take that as well. I will pm you to discuss when I have had a look at the number.
Best regards and thanks again
Richard
