I'm thinking the only way that could be known with mathematical certainty would be by analysis of the factory build slips. To my knowledge those do not exist.

According to Robert J. Neal's book "Packard, 1951 to 1954" (pages 107-108) 250 units were installed in 1953 models, and 250 in 1954 models.

That 250 number, is that east grand Packards only, or does it include the Henney Packards too?

Hi Charlie

This '53 Patrician in Oklahoma turned up briefly on Craigslist in 2015, then again in 2017, not since. Repeated contacts produced no response. If it turns up again, you might yet be able to save it. Good luck.

Steve

Hi Steve
Thank you for the thought, good looking Packard, however I already have one that needs some help. I am working on it as time and funds are available (funds are the biggest one)
but one day it will be on the road again.
