Interesting it has a Bendix HydroVac unit. Was this standard or an option for power brakes on the Henney vehicles or something a later owner might have done?

I don't think that the Hydrovac goes with it so must have been added later. It actually might have a few parts I could use but as a Henney Junior AND a 1954, not much is interchangeable with my senior 1951. Oddly, the parts book shows many different part numbers for 1954 and I'm not sure why but the Junior is a different beast entirely.

The Henney Junior above appears too far gone to restore which is unfortunate, and the price is far too high. The only possibly-salvageable mechanical bit specific to Henney is the rear end and even then, it fits only the Junior. They would do better money-wise to part it out.
However, the same seller has another 1954 Henney Junior that is in nice condition and a better value!
