Might be
does it need a fuel tank and is it running on a gal can gravity feed.
If you open the top of trans, can you see rusty gear bearing as if was in a flood
I was told it had a flood title
Like my car looked real good from 20ft, but as you get on it all the old lacquered finish is cracking. Mine got about 5 year in an unheated garage until it started flaking off. Goes in next year for the soda blast and new paint
Any rate, pretty car, wish you all the luck with it. They are fun to drive

That sounds like the car. Can you give me any history on the car, how long did you have it. Any info would be helpful.
Some repairs had been made, did you do any of the repairs, it is going to take me some time but I am going to get it back into a solid running car. I am starting with the fuel tank, and going to transmission next I am taking one project at a time. Do you have any paperwork or anything on the car?
Thanks
