Yes, it's a 1940 but appears to be junior with a sun visor and an aftermarket grille guard.

Strong semblance to the "art-carved" style of which Miller was a leading builder. IIRC Packard's exclusive agreement with Henney became effective in 1938 which would date this as 1937 or earlier.

It's definitely Packard but not Henney-Packard as they made no carved-side coaches. Also, since Henney and Packard started their "exclusive" arrangement in in 1937, it is probably before that. I don't know this era well but my rough guess is 1936.

I'm fairly sure the agreement started in 1937 but whether for the 1937 coaches or later ones vague.
