Postwar...uncharted territory for me - asking for a friend - any suggestions on a source for the light blue and off-white leather? Anybody have comments/experience in doing a 54 Caribbean interior?

I used them for interiors of my 400 and my Caribbean.
Very satisfied.
I used two different local interior people to sew up the material.

Original leather for this Packard was supplied by Lackawanna Leather Co. which I believe is no longer with us. Mistake people seem to make in recent years is trying to use vat-dyed leather rather than color-coated leather. The two types have a very different look and feel. Original stuff was NOT vat-dyed and gave a plusher, thicker look and feel.

In the end, what you do is to locate a commercial automotive leather supplier and simply have the (non-vat-dyed) leather tinted the right shade to meet your needs. Not cheap, but that's how you do it.
