Exactly, Joe!! The difference between those two cars is significant and the cost of getting the 'parts car' to the 'Hemmings car' condition would probably push $20K; bodywork, paint, motor, upholstery, heck $20K might not even do it! (at least not up here in Canada, in canuck bucks!) Chris. (and Don, when did you get so liberal with your wallet?!?!?!?)

That said, if it had working factory A/C and I had the space for it in my shop I would seriously consider it.
