This ad was in latest PAC News Bulletin. He apparently has several of the reprints I have not seen advertised in a long time including the 36-42 service letters.

Just because they advertise it does not mean they have it. I ordered a 34 manual from them, and I got this response:

Thank you for visiting books4cars.com and placing an order for a 1934 Packard 8 Owners manual. Although we have over 40,000 car manuals here in our store, we are occasionally caught short of particular items. Unfortunately, your manual is one of them. We have ordered more for stock and as soon as it hits our door we will expedite shipment to you.

While you're waiting, if there was a particular item you wanted from the 34 Eight and Super 8 owner's manual, send me a PM and I'll scan and copy from my original.

Thats what I get for thinking the glass was half full. Should have guessed there was a fly in it.

They probably have plenty of 1965 Packard V12 literature.
AS for the "glass 1/2 full". Around here it's more like a giant barrel with no bottom and i have to try to keep it full.

As you might guess, there isn't much demand for the 1934 Eight and Super 8 owner's manual, I'd be suprised if the demand was more than 1 or 2 a year, probably less.

Try Faxon, they might have it in stock.
