Another one of those where you don't know whether to laugh, cry or celebrate. Not sure if the headlights are trying for the 58 Stude bug eye or early Pierce look. Maybe it's supposed to be the top third of a 40 Packard look.

Somehow sharp angles on the hood and round corners on the fenders and turn signal just doesn't work for me.

Makes me wonder how many are made/sold/exist. And across how many different platforms.

Also makes me wonder if there is any kind of a club that follows the Packard conversions.

The lower radiator shell looks like and excellent curb feeler for parking lots.

They have been at this since the early 80s, they did a conversion of a Pontiac Grand Prix that didn't look that bad, given that the Ponny-aaack already looked a little EGB in its styling. Bayliff is a funeral director, and busness is steady there, they havn't figured out how to send those jobs to China or India yet.
These cars bring to mind a couple of quotes:

"A fool and his money are soon parted"-- Ben Franklin

"It's a pity that stupidity isn't painful"--Anton leVey

Although I own an 82 Packardized Fleetwood Brougham that get compliments every time I drive it, I will inform all that there is a club for other Bayliff vehicles like the one above. It's called an ax handle.

That "Packard" brings back a faint memory of TV advertising. Does anybody remember this?
