My dad recently passed away and he had a '53 Patrician the family would like to sell. Dad was the second owner of this vehicle, but we have the original bill of sale from Clark Motor Company in Oklahoma City dated 3/8/54, as well as other papers. The car has been under a tarp for many years and is in remarkably good condition, although there is some slight rust in places around the fender wells. The actual mileage is 16,392 (see photo). The car is equipped with brand new tires. There is some discoloration of the paint, but overall in good condition. The family would entertain any offers.

Pictures speak a 1,000 words when trying to sell a car.

Thx

Kev, your website is truly the Packard trading crossroads of the internet...Someone signed up just to list their Packard and then someone else signs up for an account just to reply!

If it sells here, do you get a broker fee?

Seriously though, one day i'd like to get a 51+ packard, but i think i've learned it's worth waiting until after they're restored to a level i want and buy it then, rather than try to do all the work myself.

Nice car, hope it finds a home!

No broker fees here. If I was in this to make money, then I am a horrible business person. I just try to keep the lights on and the bills paid.

Looks like this would be a pretty good starting point although I'm working to fix up the one I have it would probably be less expensive to get your fathers back then my own.

I bought this packard 2 yrs ago. Cleaned it up and new brakes, points plugs wires. I did the interior myself and now its ready to go back to the orginial dark blue roof and light blue bottom.

Your car is looking good. I like the seats and color(my interior is blue also). Are you going to do your own headliner?

I did almost the same thing with a 54 Clipper over 2 years. It is nMy wife and I did the seats, carpet, and door panels. Haven't got the guts to try the headline(YET). Not a perfect car, but I am having a lot of fun driving and talking to people about Packard(which I have learned most of the info from this Websit.) I really enjoyed working on the car and driving it out of the garage. Everyone knew that the car was re-born in my back yard!

Everyone make sure to send your donations in this year to keep this site going:)

Odometer looks a little offset, like it could be 116,000 miles.
