FWIW, I have the front clip currently off of my '41 180 (in pieces) and that part does not look familiar.

 "The car belonged to the St Louis Metro Police Deptartment in the 1920s." Dave, as you see West already called for the Packard police. It now looks like a month on bread and water instead of Christmas roast. Have to see what can be done.
