Jason, thanks for posting, that car has a lot of potential! Just think of how great this one would look after one of your 'paint rejuvenation' treatments.

Chris: You and I both

Paul: I'd be lying if I were to tell you I hadn't thought about that. This would be an amazing project/investment - that paint can be brought back to an amazing level!!

Oddly, the hood on the 1941 120 seems to be several inches longer than the sheet metal it covers!

When I read those ads, it drives me absolutely insane that people can't use "periods" or "commas" but ramble on. I've a 37 yr old family member who does it and I refuse to read her texts cause it takes me 30 minutes to decipher it.

Pretty sharp eye there, Don! I had to copy and paste that photo into 'my pictures' and blow it up to see what you were referring to, but I agree with you, something is definitely hinky with that hood!

and BDC, I hear you re 'a little punctuation goes a long way'.
I contend if posters would just perform a cursory proof-read of their compositions, a lot of the omissions and glaring errors would be caught and corrected. Then again, a lot of folks are a little light on the writing end of things and it's probably better that one forebears their shortcomings there, than not have them 'give it a go'at all, right?? Chris.

The hood may just be sitting in place but it doesn't appear to have a large enough gap at the back to account for the overhang at the front.
