At Salado last year we were fortunate to have among the 120s a '35, '36, '37 and '38. Here is a photo of the 120A Touring Sedan. The other photo is one of the '36 120B and '37 120C with the '38 Eight in the background. I notice the 120A has the Goddess of Speed ornament and the license plate bracket on the LH tail light. Me thinks the CL 120A is pretty much authentic except as noted in previous post.

I'm a bit surprised to see a 55 Caribbean right here in my home state that I was unaware of. I'd say it's a bit overpriced; I know first-hand what it takes to get a Carib convertible into a reliable car for touring and presentable in appearance. If you want professional-quality work which a Caribbean deserves, that one could swallow $100,000 to get there unless you're a very talented individual and ready to commit to a lengthy project. I suspect we've all seen other 55/56 convertibles in far better condition for almost the same $.

Re JW's comment about the hood ornament on the 120A (#951 in this thread), the original standard ornament was a unique one-year-only item; 35 120s are uncommon enough as it is, even more so with the correct original ornament.

The standard grille ornament for the '35 120s is most stylish and probably very rare. I note that the CL 120 is sporting one.

The 54 Panama looks nice. I can't tell where the problems are on the body.

1924 that needs a lot of love. The good news is it has a drive train. I'm not sure but it looks like a 5 window coupe but the inside don't show a lot of room for a back seat.

Here's a 40 Darrin on Ebay but I have some questions;
Where's the "Darrin dip" in the doors?
What about the padding on the dash?

OD: sharp eye on the 250 sedan!

BDC, It's a Darrin convertible sedan, not a Darrin convertible Victoria, so totally different styling. I forget just how many were made, but very few. Perhaps the best known is Bill Hirsch's, shown here at the 1999 Centennial. If you weren't aware there was also a Darrin 4-door sedan, 3 built I believe, one prototype and 2 production units and I think all 3 survive. I'll see if I have a picture.

Yes, the padded dash was a Darrin feature though I'm not sure it goes back to the very first such Darrins. Someone else here will know.
