Yes, I know it's an old post. But when faced with a problem some folks use the search function to find prior history so I though I'd add the comment. Also noting that those engines use a double valve spring.

Well, while we're at it, I have a 51, 200 that goes in and out of a sticking situation. I use MMO in the gas using the directions on the bottle but can't find a reference for how much to put in the crankcase.????? Also, would the recommended 1 qt of ATF added to the crankcase (minus 1 qt of oil)be correct??? for the MMO in the crankcase.

EDIT: Does anybody have an answer?
