Hello,
While carefully trying to remove my original front floor mat from my 37 it started to break apart, well its only 77 years old but I REALLY wanted to save it but to no avail. Can anyone recommend a vendor that sells original style carpet and/or rubber mat for this car. The back is a very low pile beige in color possibly wool, not sure. Any suggestions will be appreciated. Thank you.

Best place with the widest assortment for carpet material is Bill Hirsch, the material is probably hogshair. Can't help on the rubber floor mat.

Hirsch, #904-J. $82/yd most recently. You will need 2.5 yards for the complete floor.
