You should also change the solenoid to 12 volt in addition to the field windings.

Thanks Brian - really good point - I would have gone along with doing the windings and then come unstuck with the solenoid - many thanks.

Not the same subject but the same car - I need the two clips for the firewall that hold the hood "steady iron" when in the closed hood mode, any chance you can source for me as you have done in the past please ? P.M me on that - Thanks - All the Best from the UK
