Not sure which 49 Custom 8 you might be asking about as 1949 could be either the 22nd or 23rd series. Power windows were not available on the 22nd series Custom 8 closed cars but were available in combination with a power (hydraulic) seat as a package option on the 23rd series Super Deluxe (2372) and Custom Eight sedan. The option code was HYR.

Both the 22nd and 23rd series Custom 8 convertibles had hydraulic power windows and seat.

PS - I'm uncertain about power window availability on the 22nd series Custom 8 LWB cars, only ever seen 2, neither had power windows. 1st photo by this writer from the PAC National in Providence, Rhode Island, 1985. 2nd photo snitched from the web and not the same vehicle.
