Oh man! That's a nightmare. I've shipped 2 cars from the US to europe, and both times they were inside shipping containers. Still not perfectly safe, but better than that! "Roll on, roll off" is at best what that is called, and I see why people told me to use a container.

I never ever get seasick, but seeing this gives me a sick feeling ...
When my packard was shipped to Germany (in a container), the ship had to make a big detour to get around a severe storm. I was very mad at that time, now I can understand it way better.

Still, this seems a rather small ship compared to a Panamax which brought my car safe and sound.
