Not sure about 1933 but the Sparton horns on my 1934 are quite similar to the Sparton 5-D-30 used on 37/38 Super Eight and Twelve and that shop manual gives instructions which might give useful guidance.

thanks O-D; i printed up the info u provided and will work on them tomorrow and see what happens. the cutaway looks just like my horns, dell
