I need to repair the vacuum value that is attached to the brake petal it is a Bragg Kliesrath Corp. So. Bend Ind. Type P.Q. Any help would be great

Most B-K parts are available from Classic and Exotic as repro parts, rebuilding service also available. Just Google that name, illustrated catalog on line. The original diaphragms in the control valve and operating valves were special sturdy coated paper - it's amazing they often last 80 years or more but chances are one of them has finally failed.
