The door handle looks correct for 1948 to 1954 models.
The escutcheon does not.

Thank you. Is the escutcheon chrome, painted to match the interior or upholstered to match? I have no idea. The photos that I have seen are so far away it is hard to say, Thank you for any information.

The escutcheon will be exactly the same as those on your 300. As to color, they probably match the upholstery, or are ivory.
