I will take a stab and say prewar Packard 110, Packard Six and postwar 21st Series Clipper Six and the 22nd Series six cylinder engines.

Don't believe it's a Pre-WW2 or Post-WW2 Six/110 manifold. Those were very similar to the 282 manifolds in that the outlet pipe was in the centre under the hotbox. If it's Packard maybe an earlier model Six or could it be for a Twelve?

I agree with Mal, doesn't look at all like a 245 Six manifold. Looking at the 2nd series Single Six parts list, It also doesn't look like that either, on them the middle two cylinders were siamesed. Possibly (if Packard) from a 1924 or prior Twin Six but I don't have an illustration of one of them.

Doesn't look to be 1919 Twin Six from this pic.

Not even close, Mal. In addition to the siamesed center 2 cylinders the cross sectional shape is very different. I'm questioning in my mind if it's a Packard part.
