Bush... bushing... thats actually quite interesting, I wonder which term was used first?
It's funny it probably sounds really weird for you guys, and "bushing" for me is just the same.
I can handle hood, even trunk (well... to a certain extent) but bushing? Thats just ..... unnatural




On a different note, what you're saying is more what I would've expected.
I will say, yes I do have to adjust the car a lot, but it's not like I'm to-ing and fro-ing on the handle all the time
looking extremely dodgy to any passersby.
Every journey I'll probably adjust it once or twice, I'm probably just very conscious of it as it's not something you'd do in a "normal" car.
Sounds like you're probably right too: my bush(ing)s (see disclaimer above*) are probably too far past their use-by date.
Must say though, I've got one of them new-fangled solid state load levelizer devices so I'll be able to let that do it's thing so I can sit there and look kool.
