I've always loved the 1941 Packard line ever since I can remember.
Seeing the 110 for $907., I wonder what Packard sold for $5550.?
Hope it would be equipped with the Cellarette option.
No matter, I'd fly to Detroit tomorrow for a new 1941 model.
I'm just 75 years too late:(.

I would assume the top priced model would be the LeBaron limousine. I have one in deplorable shape, too rare to scrap.

Did it come equipped with a Cellarette unit?
Or air conditioning?
Would love to see a photograph of your Limousine if available?

There was one in the bone-yard at the Packard museum in Dayton for a while. It was a real deplorable mess, too. I don't know what happened to it. Did it end up with you?

Probably yes West, it came from Ohio. And nobody will be angry with either of us for calling it deplorable.

I know we're off topic, but as Fred is nearly done restoring the '52 limo, I want to put out there my suggestion that the LeBaron Limo should be next....I always wondered what happened to that car, as there exists and is available the mate to it, and unrestored car too good to turn one's back on. Between the two cars, there is one to survive restored. And we know Fred likes to use 2 cars to make one...

Not to jump the gun on Fred, but here's a couple of photos of the '41 LeBaron at Kanters, taken by this writer back in 2012 during a regional CCCA visit and tour. Deplorable may be a bit optimistic in describing the condition. A curiousity, the portion of the cowl which would have contained the patent plate with vehicle number has been excised. Also a photo showing how the upper portion of the doors were modified to match the elevated roofline of the LWB LeBarons.
