HHmmmmm....
From their website they could not have been a Packard dealer as they started the business in 1965. "In 1965 he [the owner]converted the family cow barn into a two bay garage to pursue his passion. He started his business specializing in VW bugs and buses and in the late 70's when the Bug era started to die, he turned to Volvo's."
