I watched my first two episodes of the "Fantom Works" on Velocity and really liked the show. It is the only show of that type I've seen that really goes into the technical details of car construction. Very fascinating, if you've never seen it.

as always

"Fantom Works" is my favorite show of that type. Dan Short, the owner, tells customers like it is and appears to charge a very reasonable price.

Last show of this season will be on Wednesday on Velocity Channel.

I always check the Velocity channel to see whats on. Today Dan did a total frame off restoration of a 1953 Cadillac. It was a family heirloom and he did an outstanding job. He even found an original '53 air conditioning unit that was in very bad condition and added it to the car. This took many months I am sure but they didn't say how long. I think the owner spent over 100,000 dollars. He has a good website that explains his operation in Norfolk, Virginia.
