No that I'm retired I can dive into the Packard.
My '37 Sport Coupe came with these on the wheels. I'm pretty certain they don't belong on my car but before I turn them into just so much shiny junk.
Can anybody identify the parts?

First time I have seen wire wheel covers for the 1937 junior cars. You have something unusual and perhaps valuable. I like them.

They look like 37 hub caps to me.

The small hub caps are 35-36 120. The fake wire wheel hubcap is a generic 50's item

I did just get 4 new hubcaps for my '37 120 from Bill Hirsch and they look great. I'll let you know how they hold up, but others have reported good luck with them.

I've had Bill Hirsch hub caps on my '34 for several decades; they've held up superbly and if yours are made similarly the should as well.

Bill Hirsch makes his hubcaps from steel and advertises "they will never rust", the originals have a brass skin over a steel shell and of course brass does not rust. Most collector cars a well cared for, waxed and washed if on salty roads so they last. We have purchased many used parts in our time and were given others, among that stuff are numerous used Bill Hirsch caps very rusty. Buyer beware.
