Starting with A500, wouldn’t the engine be from a 1938? I couldn’t find the engine serial number chart that I know is here somewhere to know which model it’s from.

Pictures are of a SENIOR engine! And serial number is for a '38 320. Wonder if it's already cracked?

And something unique, a winter front set for the '41-'47 Clipper:

What is a winter front set? Is this something like putting a piece of cardboard over part of the radiator to get faster warm up in the winter?

Yes, in later years they were typically simple covers mounted externally over the grille. In earlier years a winterfront was a set of thermostat-controlled shutters in front of the radiator, such as was standard equipment on many prewar Packards and other makes.

Search or google "Pines Winterfront" and you should find plenty of info.
