I operated a Chevron station in the 70's in SoCal., a company named Justice Brothers marketed all sorts of products for gas stations, water pump lube being one of the products. As I recall, pulling the lid from the can showed a milk colored liquid that was supposed to be added to the radiator....Claim: "it cured all sorts of cooling system issues".
